Short courses for beginners and people

who want to refresh their aquaintance

with the Alexander Technique.  

 

Classes take place at
Chipping Norton Physio,
West Street, Chipping Norton.  

 

These group sessions are for up to six or seven people but course participants will also have the option to take individual private lessons for a special add-on price during or after the course.
