I went to Simon to learn to manage the lower back pain and sciatica I’d had for a year.  I started as a novice but Simon's relaxed manner meant I readily felt at ease in the lessons.

 

Over the weeks I worked with him he carefully introduced me to an expanding suite of methods to improve my posture and movement.  As I learnt to integrate these into my daily life, and into specialised activities such as singing and playing clarinet, I felt the benefit of easier movement and sitting..

His patience, clarity, subtlety and sensitivity in both explaining and instructing the practice of the technique have enabled me to change the way I move, sit and stand, whether at my desk or on stage, in running shoes or behind the steering wheel.
